About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Logistics Support Associate to help keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage the movement, organization, and staging of materials and supplies, allowing specialized staff to focus on higher-level work. This is an essential support role for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Reliable and hands-on
Ability to manage movement, organization, and staging of materials and supplies
Ability to perform basic packaging and labeling
Ability to perform routine pickup and delivery
Ability to stock and restock supplies
Ability to assist with inventory counts and organization
Ability to maintain clean, safe, and organized areas
Ability to pull, stage, and deliver requested materials
Ability to safely transport materials and equipment
Ability to lift and carry required
Ability to clean, handle, and move reusable materials
Ability to support lab waste handling and disposal processes under supervision
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
Ability to respond to ad hoc requests
Ability to complete simple logs and checklists

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages, supplies, and materials
Prepare materials for internal delivery or outbound shipment, including basic packaging, labeling, and staging
Perform routine pickup and delivery of mail, lab supplies, and equipment across locations
Stock and restock common-use supplies in designated areas
Assist with basic inventory counts and organization of supply rooms
Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized storage areas, supply rooms, and loading docks
Pull, stage, and deliver requested materials to internal teams
Safely transport materials and equipment throughout the facility (lifting and carrying required)
Clean, handle, and move reusable materials in accordance with established procedures
Support lab waste handling and disposal processes under supervision
Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
Respond to ad hoc requests to support daily operations and material movement
Complete simple logs and checklists to track completed tasks
