The primary objective of the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager is to lead materials management, planning, and logistics functions to ensure customer requirements are consistently met. This role is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including the flow of materials from suppliers through to final delivery of products to customers. Key responsibilities include procurement of goods and services supporting business operations; inventory and production planning; and production control to achieve targeted quality, waste reduction, and optimal inventory levels. The role also manages the storage, movement, and control of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging materials, as well as the transportation of products from origin to destination. In addition, responsibilities include import/export and customs management. As a leader, the role is expected to foster strong employee engagement by building and maintaining positive working relationships, ensuring teams are motivated and committed to delivering high-quality service to key suppliers and stakeholders. This position also plays a role in coordinating and managing business processes and cross-functional relationships across entities within a multi-company site.
