About The Position

CGI Federal seeks a Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst to support the II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) G-4. This role provides planning, policy, execution, reporting, and oversight of logistics and supply chain functions, while leveraging data analysis and visualization (Power BI, UiPath, AWS) to create dashboards for briefings. The analyst will pull reports/data from GCSS-MC, Conduct targeted audit testing, develop training plans for using unit supply sections, and assist using unit supply sections in establishing and maintain BPNs with in their parent commands. The analyst should also operate fluently in TFSMS, and deliver executive-level briefs on supply operations, maintenance support, and financial management. This position is located in Camp Lejeune, NC.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the Marine Corps Supply community or Logistics community
  • 8 years of full-time experience at a using unit in logistics and supply chain management.
  • General working knowledge of the following systems and associated reports: OBIEE, DAI, GCSS-MC, SYNCADA, ADVANA, DTS, G-Invoicing, PIEE/WAWF, MICRR, WebVLips, LDG, and DMLSS.
  • Must have comprehensive skills with the following: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Vizio), Adobe Pro, and more.
  • Ability to multi-task and employ problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on legal/regulatory budget controls and recommend efficient methods for acquiring and using funds in support of organizational programs and activities.
  • Provide Support Agreement Manager (SAM) services and procurement system support across Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Stock, Acquire-to-Retire, and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Assist the supply and logistics community with developing well-defined requirements, building costing methodologies, executing cradle-to-grave procurement oversight, and performing validations in accordance with DoD FMR and relevant regulatory policy.
  • Strengthen GPP&E property accountability by implementing a structured, data-driven approach that leverages automation, reconciliation tools, and data-quality analytics; establish routine identification and inventory analytics aligned to governance cycles to reduce discrepancies and support audit remediation.
  • Enhance readiness oversight by integrating, analyzing, and sharing readiness data across supply, maintenance, property, and financial functions; employ advanced analytics (e.g., anomaly detection, trend analysis) to identify emerging degraders early and anticipate resource needs.
  • Implement a blended, sustainable training plan spanning logistics, GPP&E, and readiness—combining onsite instruction, short learning modules, and scenario-based sessions with representative data—and embed training within existing review cycles to institutionalize best practices.
  • Modernize logistics and supply chain management using a data-driven approach that improves visibility and early issue identification; leverage automated anomaly detection, demand forecasting, and KPI monitoring to enable weekly exception reviews and monthly trend assessments that drive proactive decisions and better resource allocation.
  • Operationalize analytics tools (e.g., KPI dashboards, DASF bot outputs) to identify problem NSNs, lateral support opportunities, push-fulfillment needs etc.
