About The Position

As a Logistics Supervisor (3rd shift) working onsite in Oak Creek, WI, you will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager. You will drive team safety, quality, and productivity to meet goals by developing and adhering to standardized work. Through process discipline and worker engagement, you will lead the assigned Logistics Area, focusing on safety, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

HS Diploma required
3+ years' experience in production
Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience with ERP systems
Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Chemical or batch manufacturing preferred.
Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents.
Assign and prioritize work to the unionized hourly workforce.
Maintain the safety program and facilitate a “Safety First” culture to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage production progress, including workflow optimization, staffing, and resource allocation; implement cost-saving measures and recovery strategies during changes.
Collaborate with fellow supervisors and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS personnel to solve problems.
Utilize data to identify solutions and recommend actions.
Facilitate and grow a culture of workforce engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
