Assists the logistics movement, distribution and storage of supplies and materials. Plans routes, analyzes budgets, and processes shipments. Designs and analyzes the logistics processes and operational solutions used in distributing those goods and services. Responsible for all supply operations under this effort, with the Supply Department Manager. Supervisory guidance and experience, overseeing nearly 120 personnel within the Akima Fort Sill Supply footprint. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5-7 years of documented, comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions. The successful candidate will ensure security and conscientious inventory management of actual property, serve as a liaison for GCSS-A customer support, and provide critical guidance and recommendations in accordance with AR 5-9 Area Support Responsibilities, to enhance operational efficiency.
