About The Position

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for assigning jobs to drivers, coordinating schedules and routes, and responding to customer inquiries. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure. The specialist will also process orders and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction. A willingness to work overtime, including weekends, is necessary to meet operational demands.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Multitasking & time management under pressure
Problem-solving skills for route changes, emergencies, and conflicts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of industry-specific regulations
Familiarity with dispatching software, TMS
Ability to manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Korean
Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus

Responsibilities

Assign jobs or loads to drivers, technicians, or field staff based on location, availability, and skills
Coordinate schedules and route plans for efficiency and timely delivery/service
Receive and prioritize calls or requests for service, shipments, or assistance
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support
Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional hours during peak periods
Be willing to work overtime, including weekends, as needed to meet operational demands
