Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL or 4PL setting.
- Strong business acumen and a service-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/stat holidays as needed.
- Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance to Cambridge, ON.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR environments is strongly preferred.
- CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using our proprietary systems and TMS software.
- Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
- Maintain and update customer/vendor databases and documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents).
- Analyze operational trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations.
