About The Position
The Logistics Specialist will support daily import and export operations for an onsite Mississauga location. The location operates from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays, so schedule flexibility is required. This is a fixed term role from August 2026 - September 2027.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma
- Potential for travel to a multitude of destinations worldwide.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French
- Creative problem solving
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions which are in line with the best interest of the client.
- Deal directly with everyone at all levels of the logistics chain: clients, drivers, customs, etc.
- Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier’s vast network of offices
