The Specialist, Logistics, specializes in freight payment, claims and complaints, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be responsible for efficiently managing freight, claims, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring accurate and timely freight payment processing. Key responsibilities will include periodic reporting and timely, accurate generation of ad hoc reports as requested by the business. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for tracking performance of KPI metrics versus targeted service levels, reporting on any gaps to plan, and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
