About The Position

Seventh Dimension is seeking a qualified Undersea Sustainment Support Personnel professional to support the Naval Special Warfare Group Eight Fleet Integration Team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The successful candidate will provide life-cycle logistics management, inventory accountability, material management, warehouse operations, and sustainment support for specialized undersea warfare assets. This position directly contributes to the operational readiness, configuration control, and long-term sustainment of critical maritime systems supporting Naval Special Warfare missions. The employee will work closely with Government personnel to ensure effective supply management, equipment accountability, and logistics support operations.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience applying inventory management practices and procedures in a military or Department of Defense environment.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience providing logistics support to users of major Government systems and/or logistics operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Relational Supply (RSUPPLY), and Submarine Asset Visibility and Information Exchange (SSAVIE) systems preferred based upon performance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Execute life-cycle logistics support and configuration management activities for undersea systems.
  • Process and manage personnel gear and sustainment equipment.
  • Resolve Operational Consumables issues.
  • Process General Service Requests.
  • Manage incoming material, inventory reconciliation, and accountability records.
  • Support warehouse receiving, stowage, storage, and shipment functions.
  • Perform data entry, research, and inventory activities in Defense Property Accountability System, Relational Supply, and Submarine Asset Visibility and Information Exchange systems.
  • Conduct inventory management and material identification activities.
  • Support Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office processing requirements.
  • Process receipt, transfer, shipment, return, and disposal of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare quarterly status reports identifying accomplishments, concerns, and potential performance shortfalls.
