Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of related logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong computer and data-entry skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team-oriented and collaborative.
Strong customer service mindset.
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a transportation or logistics environment preferred.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor transportation activity to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance for customer shipments.
Track shipments and proactively communicate shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely receipt and processing of carrier documentation, invoices, and related transportation records.
Identify transportation service issues and recommend corrective actions to management to improve carrier performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide cross-functional support through collaboration and cross-training with other Logistics Specialists to ensure continuous customer coverage and service.
