About The Position

As a Logistics Specialist, you will support company operations through inventory management, employee support, administrative coordination, and general office organization. This position plays a key role in supporting operational and human resources functions by maintaining operational resources, assisting employees and candidates, and ensuring efficient day-to-day logistics and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple responsibilities, and maintains professionalism and confidentiality while supporting both operational and HR teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in office administration, inventory management, logistics, operations support, human resources, or a related administrative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn and utilize company databases, inventory tracking systems, and operational software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
  • One to three years of experience in office administration, logistics, inventory management, operations support, or human resources.
  • Experience supporting a large workforce or operational environment.
  • Experience with inventory control, supply management, or employee equipment distribution.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage uniform inventory and monitor replenishment needs.
  • Receive, organize, store, and track incoming uniform shipments and equipment orders.
  • Inspect uniforms and equipment for quality, cleanliness, condition, and serviceability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area and office environment.
  • Fulfill employee uniform requests and assist new hires with uniform fitting and distribution.
  • Coordinate the collection and processing of uniforms returned by seasonal or departing employees.
  • Support operational initiatives through administrative and office support functions.
  • Assist the Human Resources team with application processing, hiring activities, and candidate communications.
  • Provide timely, professional assistance to candidates, employees, and visitors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
