About The Position

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist who will contribute to the development of a world-class logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of goods at the best cost. This role involves working on high-level strategy and design, as well as implementation, to support our transportation network's carrier partners in delivering freight efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer support, or operations within a B2B environment.
Proficiency in entry-level Excel, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
Effective communication skills with carriers and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements.
Basic knowledge of SQL.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of management experience.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network carrier base.
Partner with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and foster carrier performance engagement and growth.
Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform key business decisions across customer-facing programs.
Extract and manage data from numerous databases using tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, and SQL.
