This role involves using data management systems, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, providing operational support, and developing personal capabilities while coaching others. Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree OR 2 years of relevant experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• 1-5 years experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain; carrier facing
• Knowledge of transportation Management system applications, routing and dispatch software

Responsibilities

• Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
• Carry out a range of supplier management activities, either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.
• Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.
• Help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
• Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
• Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
