As a Logistics Specialist II, you'll help ensure seamless coordination of supply chain operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. A Day in the Life: Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage critical logistics processes including shipment coordination, customs compliance, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in optimizing logistics efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent required with at least 3 years of logistics experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost optimization.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree with no prior experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of logistics experience in a multi-regional environment highly preferred.
• Experience with temperature-controlled and regulated shipments preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, Customs Broker) preferred.
• Additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and other relevant quality standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support operations.
