About The Position

The Logistics Specialist I - FPA position is based on site at the Portsmouth facility on a bi-weekly shift schedule. Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thurs. Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat. The Logistics Specialist will contribute within the team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship Console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components. This person supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestically and internationally, demonstrates strong organization, and time management of primary role requirements for the Forward Pick Area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and use technical systems including MS Office, SAP, Syncade, etc.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to wear required PPE throughout shift
• Ability and desire to learn from experience and take on new challenges

Nice To Haves

• Some prior manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP Transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO creation, Material Movement).
• Perform Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Allocations, Weigh/Dispense, Scrapping, Inventory).
• Demonstrate an understanding of strict adherence to assigned procedures and obtains required qualifications.
• Demonstrate an understanding of cGMPs required for the work area.
• Demonstrate understanding of documentation for logbooks and other required documentation.
• Check before doing, to ensure accuracy/compliance.
• Utilize DMS and Trackwise for assigned area.
• Perform other duties as they are assigned with positive attitude to support overall department.
