About The Position

Oatly, a company founded in Sweden over 25 years ago, is seeking a Logistics Project Manager & Analytics to join their growing U.S. team. Oatly is driven by core values of sustainability, health, and transparency, aiming to improve the food system by promoting healthier lifestyles and reducing cow's milk consumption. This role will be instrumental in driving logistics developments and improvements across North America to ensure optimal cost and performance through the right tools.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Project Management
Project Management Certification (PMP)
2+ yrs of Logistics Project Management experience on projects over $1.5M
2+ yrs analytical background (Excel, AI, Monday, & databases)
Excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently and with limited supervision
Effectively prioritizes multiple demands; ability to be flexible during high workload periods

Nice To Haves

Lean Six Sigma Green or black belt preferred

Responsibilities

Lead logistics cost-out/cost-control programs and support the NA & Global teams
Own logistics project analytics, reporting, & project KPI's
Onboard new logistics process and/or system implementations
Support implementation of new suppliers following tenders
Develop a “best-in-class” logistics and distribution footprint for existing and new markets
Ensure keeping up to date on the latest developments within logistics
Represent logistics in cross-functional projects
Travel 30%
