About The Position

As NFM’s Logistics Procurement Assistant, you will support the Strategic Procurement Manager and assist in the implementation and execution of division strategies related to procurement and process improvement. Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that’s what we love.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
2-3 years of office/clerical experience
Ability to lift 50lbs
Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

Continuously evaluate and optimize procurement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Manage the Critical Supplies List to ensure supplies are in stock in each region
Analyze cost and budgets to identify opportunities for cost savings and provide insights to Strategic Procurement Manager
Collaborate to bridge the gap between departments so they have a better understanding of each department’s functions and processes
