About The Position

As a Logistics Engineering Co-op, you'll gain invaluable experience in optimizing logistics processes for high-speed manufacturing, working directly with experienced engineers on impactful projects.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, or a related Engineering field.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

Optimize material flow and drive operational excellence using lean principles.
Analyze and enhance internal and external value streams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency-boosting solutions.
Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives, including RFID technology, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and other automation solutions.
Develop, maintain, and leverage Plan for Every Part (PFEP) documentation for seamless material flow and precise inventory management.
Create and implement standardized work procedures, including optimized milk run delivery processes.
Analyze and improve receiving and shipping operations for smoother and more efficient logistics processes.
