About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor who is bilingual in English and Korean. This role involves supervising daily operational activities to ensure a smooth workflow, monitoring production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets, and for identifying and resolving operational issues to avoid downtime or delays. The position also requires strong team leadership, ensuring all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves enforcing safety rules, conducting safety audits, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Effective communication with management and other departments, as well as preparing operational reports, is crucial. The supervisor will analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies to reduce waste and optimize productivity.

Requirements

Bilingual: Korean and English
Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles.
Strong understanding of operational processes (production, logistics, quality, or warehouse operations).
Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries.
Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies.
Suggest process adjustments to reduce waste and optimize productivity.
