Job Summary: Operation and Project Manager currently specializing in Faith-based Book Publishers, Ministries and Non-profit organizations is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a face-paced warehouse pick-pack-ship facility, including warehousing, inventory management, high level client-service oversight, order fulfillment, and transportation. This role focuses on a continuous improvement and project management model…driving efficiency, ensuring safety, maintaining profitability and managing site performance against KPIs. Often a hybrid role, this position combines high-end strategic planning as well as daily hands-on operational management. This Operations and Project Management position will report to the Local Site Director and National VP of Operations and work to drive for excellence across all aspects of a high-velocity warehouse operations including, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. They are responsible for building and maintaining a high performance team, optimizing workflow, managing the client relationship at the highest levels and ensuring profitability (P&L) for the facility at or above industry standards.
