About The Position

This role focuses on establishing and continuously optimizing warehouse operation processes to meet business needs and achieve operational targets. The position involves improving warehouse utilization and operational efficiency through layout, process, and workforce optimization, aiming for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site warehouse operations, supply chain S&OP management capabilities, and the ability to drive planning accuracy.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of warehouse operation experience, with relevant warehousing and logistics management experience.
• Familiarity with the use of WMS systems in the industry and proficiency in process design.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in independently leading projects.
• Deep understanding and relevant experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Strong ability to anticipate warehouse operation risks and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to withstand high work pressure.
• Strong coordination and management skills.
• Strong data analysis and data operation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Chinese.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in reverse logistics management.
• Some transportation management experience.
