Responsibilities

• Coordinating transportation for customer shipments
• Entering and updating shipment information
• Communicating with transportation providers by phone and email
• Tracking shipments from pickup through delivery
• Solving simple issues as they arise
• Keeping accurate records and notes
• Working closely with our operations team to keep freight moving efficiently
