Requirements
- Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Working knowledge of project planning, organization, and follow-up.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Initiative, organization, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Product Warehouse and Yard operations in Baytown through continuous improvement initiatives, supply management, project execution, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure warehouse processes, yard infrastructure, and operational resources support safe, efficient, and reliable logistics execution.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance Product Warehouse and Yard operational performance.
- Manage Yard execution projects, including infrastructure repairs, operational improvements, and logistics optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate the procurement, inventory control, and invoice management of critical warehouse and yard supplies.
- Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure warehouse efficiency and operational performance.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
- Support the planning and execution of warehouse and yard projects, including budget tracking, timelines, and resource coordination.
- Ensure adequate availability of critical supplies and materials required for warehouse and yard operations.
- Coordinate training plans and development activities for the Baytown Product Warehouse team in partnership with the Training Unit.
- Protect from damage, theft, or misuse of the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area.
