About The Position

We’re hiring a Logistics Manager to lead and elevate our Import & Export logistics operations at Watkins Wellness. This role is responsible for shaping how products move across borders, providers, and distribution networks, balancing cost, service, and scalability while enabling business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Customs, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, and or Supply Chain within global or multinational environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • Proven experience managing transportation, 3PLs, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation modes, costs, regulations, and operations across Mexico, the United States, and international markets.
  • Experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, project management, data analysis, and structured problem solving.
  • Requires travel to Mexico up to two times per month.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or related areas is desirable.
  • APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • design and optimize logistics networks
  • Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of distribution and transportation networks, managing strategic initiatives end to end to improve service levels, efficiency, and long‑term capability.
  • Continuously evaluate suppliers, processes, and technologies to uncover cost savings, operational efficiencies, and service improvements that strengthen our competitive position.
  • Lead RFPs, negotiate cost structures, and develop Service Agreements and Statements of Work that clearly define scope, performance expectations, and accountability with carriers, forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Define and implement KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility, drive corrective actions, and support data‑driven decision making.
  • Manage carrier and provider performance, ensuring reliability, contractual compliance, and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
  • Lead incident resolution, manage claims and complaints, and coordinate reverse logistics processes to minimize disruption and protect customer experience.
  • Collaborate transversally with internal teams, business units, and corporate partners, developing executive-level and operational reporting that aligns logistics strategy with business needs.
