As our new Logistics Manager, you will be overseeing plant material flow operations, coordinating activities across divisional APU, plant warehouse, and regional logistics functions to optimize the end-to-end supply chain while fostering a safe and continuously improving work environment. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6+ years of relevant logistics/supply chain work experience
  • Multiple years of experience leading a multi-member supply chain team with direct collaboration with production operations
  • SAP working knowledge in MM and PP modules
  • Strong financial literacy in budgeting and cost control with proven ability to deliver on KPI targets
  • The ability to work fully onsite in our Fresno, CA facility on a 1st shift
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • A track record of driving process improvement through automation or digitalization in a warehouse/logistics environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders outside your own area regarding policies, practices, and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, setting and growing a safety-first culture with a focus on eliminating repeat hazards
  • Own plant inventory accuracy including cycle counting processes, annual stock counts, and FIFO practices across production and warehouse operations
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization, storage practices, and staffing models to increase efficiency and meet budgeted expenses
  • Collaborate with global and local Supply Chain teams on process improvements through automation and digitalization initiatives
  • Deliver on department KPIs, maintain optimum inventory levels, increase turns, and reduce past due backlog through cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure high-quality master data and compliance with Grundfos Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System requirements
