About The Position

We are immediately hiring a Logistics Manager to join our Ryder North Little Rock, AR GM Team. The Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role primarily involves the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Ryder is an industry-leading Fortune 500 company that provides supply chain solutions, offering diverse experience and advancement opportunities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required (advanced)
  • Logistics industry knowledge (advanced)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations (advanced)
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components (intermediate)
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production (advanced)
  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
