Responsible for the coordination and execution of all events contracted by the Sales Department. This role involves managing the operational setup and breakdown of events, assisting the Production department, acting as a liaison between clients and House of Blues Team Members, executing admission tickets and retail requests, and ensuring timely execution of events with quality service. The position also requires maintaining a neat appearance, conducting pre-shift meetings, handling special event orders, maintaining files, conducting site inspections, and assisting Sales Managers with client needs. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, varying schedules may be required to meet business needs.
