About The Position

It requires someone who can be proactive as well as assertive, and who thrives in a structured environment involving specialized processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a warehouse staff.
• Proficient in standard logistics software and Microsoft Office: Excel & Outlook email, required.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a strong plus.
• Three to five years’ experience working as a logistics manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, business unit, and transportation services.
• Oversee stock levels, shipment processing, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to enhance service levels.
• Develop strategies to optimize delivery routes and transportation costs.
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence.
