About The Position
The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes purchasing, receiving, storing, and distributing products, materials, and equipment. The role also requires accurate inventory records, ensuring a clean and organized warehouse, and operating warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass NC Alarm Board background check.

- Certification in warehouse management, logistics, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Purchase commodity and non-commodity items.
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Conduct inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Update inventory records and track product movement using warehouse software.
- Create and process Vendor RMAs.
- Pick, pack, and accurately prepare kits for on-time pick-up for internal technicians.
- Deliver products, kits, or supplies when necessary.
- Schedule, oversee repairs, and perform minor maintenance for the facility and fleet.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement).
- Report on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
