About The Position

A growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator to support its supply chain and inventory operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to warehouses while maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple sales channels. The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments, monitor inventory, create replenishment plans, and work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and enjoys using data to improve operational efficiency and support purchasing decisions. Requirements

  • Professional office experience required

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages
  • Create replenishment plans for Amazon, Walmart, and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners
  • Track shipments from production through final delivery
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory data to support purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory management systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory planning and operational efficiency
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability
  • Assist with additional logistics and purchasing projects as needed
