About The Position

Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of company products. This role involves driving operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and fostering team development while aligning with our mission of building businesses and enriching lives. You will manage several subordinate supervisors across key departments, including Logistics, Post-Processing, Shipping & Receiving.

  • Knowledge of MS Access Database software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word software as well as ERP and/or MRP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee departments such as Logistics, Post-Processing, Shipping & Receiving, and Finishing to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
  • Recognizing and rewarding achievements while addressing concerns with empathy and fairness in line with company policies
  • Analyze budget requests, identify cost-saving opportunities, and allocate departmental budgets.
  • Lead improvement initiatives, leveraging employee insights and best practices to drive operational improvement.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to facilitate employee growth and productivity.
  • Manages several subordinate supervisors who supervise several employees in the Logistics, Outside post processing, Shipping & Receiving Departments, Finishing, & Building/Facility Maintenance.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems for all the employees within the scope of Logistics
