About The Position

The Group Lead, Route Service Rep is the face/voice of Quest Diagnostics to the Route Service Rep team members, our customers and acts as an ambassador for the company in everything he/she does. This position performs day-to-day hub operation activities by serving staff and leadership needs regarding patient specimens, client and any others tasks deemed necessary to meet our customer needs.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Must be able to operate a Quest Diagnostics vehicle during work shift.

Responsibilities

Performs day-to-day hub operation activities by serving staff and leadership needs regarding patient specimens, client and any others tasks deemed necessary to meet our customer needs.
