About The Position

Under general supervision, the Logistics Engineer III uses problem-solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions across the organization. The role coordinates with internal and external customers to understand project parameters and stakeholder needs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. It analyzes data and processes to improve operations, reduce costs, and increase business productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent; alternatively, a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
Four years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.

Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of the organization to improve existing processes or solutions.
Increase awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and solution design to support data analysis.
Identify and solve process-improvement problems by analyzing internal and external data or mapping processes.
Analyze data and processes to reduce costs and increase business productivity.
Tailor communication of technical information to peers and business partners.
Interact with internal and external customers to understand stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions.
