About The Position

The Administrator III – Logistics is a key member of the logistics team responsible for supporting inventory management, material handling, kitting, shipping, and receiving activities. This role helps ensure accurate material movement, efficient logistics execution, and strong cross-functional support across business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operations or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Agile, SAP, Dynamics AX, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using UPS, FedEx, or other carrier shipping systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain logistics and inventory data.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of export compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of inventory control practices and material handling procedures.
  • Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting domestic and international shipments, including export documentation and AES filing, preferred.
  • Familiarity with ESD material handling guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily logistics activities, including receiving, shipping, storing, distributing, and issuing materials.
  • Perform material handling, kitting, packing, and shipment preparation activities as needed.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete transactions in ERP and shipping systems.
  • Prepare domestic and international shipments, including required shipping and export documentation.
  • Process Production, Expense, RMA, and Virtual receipts in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate within shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and other logistics systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction, inventory reduction, quality improvement, and inventory turns.
  • Identify logistics issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support process improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, safety, and customer service.
  • Cross-train across logistics functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and kitting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Support additional projects, assignments, and operational priorities as needed.
