About The Position

A U.S.-based trucking company operating nationwide lanes is seeking a dedicated dispatcher to streamline day-to-day operations. They work directly with brokers and carriers and want to maintain reliable east-to-west routes while improving booking efficiency. The team values professional communication, quick decision-making, and strong coordination across drivers, brokers, and internal ops. This role exists because the client is currently handling all dispatching themselves—calling brokers, negotiating loads, and coordinating with carriers—and needs a dedicated expert to take over the leg work. This role will ensure consistent load flow, optimize routes and schedules, and maintain strong broker/carrier relationships so the owner can focus on running and growing the business. The objective is to manage the full dispatch cycle efficiently using TMS and load boards while upholding professional, timely communications.
