Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes
• Minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, and communicate with IC drivers and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule deliveries and support route planning using OnTrac logistics systems to keep daily dispatch execution moving.
• Monitor, track, and update delivery statuses to support on-time performance and visibility throughout the day.
• Coordinate delivery changes or issues with drivers and operations staff to resolve disruptions and keep deliveries on track.
• Oversee and assist with the afternoon warehouse sort to ensure packages are accurately routed for delivery.
• Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues/complaints; maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries, routes, and customer interactions.
• Support general office and logistics operations as needed.
