Requirements

• Fluent in French, good English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A problem-solving, can-do mindset
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• Availability to work in shifts
• Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language
• Minimum B2 English
• Clean criminal record
• Valid work permit or European passport
• Resident of a country within the European Union

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide
