About The Position

Clark's White Glove Delivery is growing in Cleveland and is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the front line of their operation. This role is critical to their success, as the representative will be the connection between clients, customers, and delivery teams, ensuring every delivery is smooth, professional, and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in delivering a high-end customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset - friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills (phone + email are a must)
  • Comfortable working in Gmail and computer-based systems daily
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced logistics environment

Nice To Haves

  • Logistics or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails with professionalism and urgency
  • Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
  • Dispatch and communicate with delivery teams throughout the day
  • Assist clients and customers with questions, updates, and issue resolution
  • Track delivery progress and update systems in real time
  • Provide a high-touch, service-first experience on every interaction
