About The Position

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery at the best possible cost. This role involves coordinating inbound freight from suppliers and outbound shipments to customers and distribution partners, managing carrier and 3PL relationships, tracking shipments, processing shipping documentation, supporting freight cost analysis, maintaining logistics records, and collaborating with Supply Chain and Fulfillment on inventory flow and timing.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
2+ years of logistics or freight coordination experience
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping modes (LTL, FTL, parcel, ocean, air)
Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active shipments simultaneously

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound freight from suppliers and outbound shipments to customers and distribution partners
Manage carrier and 3PL relationships and ensure service level expectations are met
Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders
Process shipping documentation including BOLs, customs paperwork, and compliance records
Support freight cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings
Maintain logistics records and support regular reporting on shipping performance
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Fulfillment on inventory flow and timing
