We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can help ensure materials and shipments move efficiently while providing exceptional internal support across multiple departments.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
Bilingual, Spanish and English is preferred
Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent attention to detail, Self and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing setting
NetSuite ERP experience is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries
Serve as the primary internal expeditor between Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Sales
Prepare, review, and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
Investigate and resolve UPS claims and freight-related issues
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using NetSuite ERP
Assist with month-end inventory and shipping activities, including inventory adjustments
Identify and resolve logistics issues while helping improve operational efficiency
