About The Position

LimoLink is a rapidly growing company offering corporate clientele a premium global chauffeured transportation solution. Our organization operates 24/7 and we’re looking for highly motivated night owls who like to multi-task and solve interesting problems. This role involves arranging premium level ground transportation for corporate and private aviation clients, worldwide.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and find ways to say YES
• Able to operate with a sense of urgency to deliver swift results
• Self-driven and willing to work with little supervision
• Basic computer and typing skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous third-shift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating ground transportation arrangements for high-end corporate clients, all over the world
• Assigning reservations to appropriate vendor partners, based on their availability
• Ensuring vendor partners are in compliance with LimoLink’s Quality Assurance process
• Managing last minute reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Finding creative solutions to unique and challenging problems
