As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our shipping and transportation processes, ensuring freight moves smoothly and efficiently. This role requires experience necessary to manage schedules, monitor shipments, and communicate effectively with drivers and vendors. You will oversee shipment tracking and provide updates to internal teams and customers, taking full ownership of shipments from start to finish. Working in our fast-paced environment means adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in logistics dispatching
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in transportation management software
  • Proficiency in GPS tracking systems
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation practices
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Self starter who is motivated to deliver exceptional results

Nice To Haves

  • Additional certification in logistics or transportation is a plus
