Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, etc.).
A relevant college degree or two years of equivalent work experience in routing, logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in pulling and interpreting performance metrics.
Knowledge of the geography of the state of Texas/LA, particularly within Doodie Calls' service areas, is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
A positive attitude, with a drive to grow within the company.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize routes for drivers using ServiceCore, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Manage emergency delivery requests and adjust routes to meet service needs as they arise.
Learn and understand the capabilities of our drivers, trucks, and other assets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Gain site-specific and client-specific knowledge to better coordinate services tailored to each location’s unique requirements.
Pull and analyze key performance metrics related to route timing and efficiency, sharing insights in weekly team meetings.
Address customer complaints in real time, collaborating with the customer service team to ensure rapid resolution.
Work closely with scheduling, routing, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Ensure that all tasks are completed by the end of each workday, as this role requires all daily responsibilities to be fulfilled without carryover.
