Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Ability to multi-task required.
Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

One to four years of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate shipping routes and deliveries.
Driving company van to complete deliveries as needed
Respond promptly to customer and delivery partner inquiries regarding shipments.
Track and manage logistics operations using the TMS.
Communicate any delivery delays or changes to all relevant parties.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks.
Ensure adherence to service agreements and operational best practices.
