About The Position

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in logistics and supply chain. After training, you will work with transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship customers’ freight. You will support sales teams in managing accounts and contributing to company growth. The role is full-time and in-office in a fast-paced, open environment at 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. Weekend work is required.

Requirements

Ability to work weekends.
At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
Strong work ethic.
Strong verbal communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work full-time, in-office, in a fast-paced open environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
Communicate with internal sales teams and transportation partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
Manage daily shipment activities and resolve issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
Input and process accurate shipment data in company systems.
