About The Position

Spartan Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Fort Smith, AR, and play a vital role in ensuring seamless shipping and receiving operations. The shift hours for this position are 7:00pm to 7:00am Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday. This role is ideal for energetic and detail-oriented professionals who thrive on organization, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven customer support experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and excellent computer skills.
Frequent standing and walking in an office environment.
Ability to sit for long periods.
All candidates must successfully complete a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Managing shipping and receiving processes with precision and attention to detail.
Organizing and maintaining a well-structured office environment.
Conducting physical inventories on a weekly and quarterly basis.
Processing billing accurately and on schedule.
Providing training and direction to employees when needed.
Supporting internal projects and assisting with additional duties as assigned.
