About The Position

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in making sure our sales and mitigation teams are organized, prepared, and able to serve customers with excellence. This role is crucial for impacting daily operations, supporting multiple teams, and creating structure that keeps work flowing smoothly within Entrusted, a family-owned restoration company. The company focuses on building trust with clients during times of water damage in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily schedules for the field teams
• Adjust plans when new jobs or changes come in
• Share arrival times and updates with sales and customer care
• Help the Field Supervisor keep work moving smoothly
• Keep scheduling systems accurate and up to date
• Track basic daily scheduling numbers
• Work with different teams to stay aligned
• Step in to help with other needs as they come up
• Other duties as assigned
