You will be joining a dedicated team, reporting directly to the Receiving Manager, and playing a vital role in resolving discrepancies and maintaining the accuracy of our inventory. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or inventory management is preferred.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (experience with Latitude is a significant plus).
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for data reconciliation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for carrier and vendor management.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Review open receipts in Latitude, verify paperwork accuracy, and manage LTL shipment details to ensure post-pending status.
Take ownership of the "Issue Shelf," promptly resolving vendor, transfer, and accounting discrepancies.
Schedule truck deliveries and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
Maintain precise inventory records and generate reports on operational metrics, shipment status, and discrepancies.
Build strong relationships with vendors and carriers, following up on late or damaged shipments to prevent recurring issues.
Identify inefficiencies in receiving or scheduling workflows and suggest improvements to boost performance.
Assist with cycle counts and audits while ensuring all activities comply with company procedures.
