Position Summary The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities that support field operations on assigned projects. This role ensures materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, consumables, and workforce support are available when and where they are needed. The Site Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary logistics representative on-site, partnering closely with Operations and Field Leadership to minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain accountability for company assets.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics activities for assigned projects.
Support daily field operations.
Coordinate material deliveries.
Track inventory usage.
Issue tools and equipment.
Monitor consumable supplies.
Assist with mobilization and demobilization.
Support production needs throughout the shift.
Ensure field crews have the resources required to maintain uninterrupted production.
Manage project materials from receipt through installation.
Receive deliveries.
Verify shipment accuracy.
Inspect materials for damage.
Organize staging areas.
Track inventory levels.
Coordinate replenishment requests.
Return excess materials.
Document material discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.
Issue tools.
Track equipment assignments.
Monitor calibration dates.
Coordinate repairs.
Manage replacement requests.
Conduct routine inspections.
Maintain equipment inventory.
Report damaged or missing assets.
Ensure that equipment is operational and available when needed.

Provide logistical support for field personnel.
Coordinate hotel check-ins.
Assist with travel logistics.
Support onboarding logistics.
Prepare PPE packages.
Coordinate badging requirements.
Assist with deployment planning.
Serve as the primary site contact for deliveries.
Schedule deliveries.
Coordinate unloading.
Verify purchase orders.
Resolve shipment issues.
Communicate delivery status.
Support vendor relationships.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Track fiber cable, cabinets, patch panels, consumables, hardware, safety supplies, testing equipment, installation tools, and rental equipment.
Report inventory shortages before they impact production.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation.
Responsible for daily inventory reports, delivery logs, equipment check-out logs, material receipts, vehicle tracking, consumable usage, rental tracking, and asset inventories.
Provide timely updates to the Logistics Manager.
Coordinate closely with Logistics Manager, Construction Managers, Field Operations Manager, General Foremen, Foremen, Warehouse Manager, Vendors, and Procurement.
Communicate logistics issues proactively to minimize operational impacts.
Maintain safe logistics operations.
Responsibilities include safe material handling, equipment inspections, housekeeping, hazard reporting, PPE compliance, storage compliance, and vehicle safety.
Support NTI's commitment to a zero-incident safety culture.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
Examples include better material staging, improved inventory organization, faster delivery processes, reduced equipment downtime, improved asset accountability, reduced material waste, and fleet utilization improvements.
